Here at Shizenjin Mura, we hope to provide all guests with an enjoyable outdoor experience.
In order to ensure everyone is able to enjoy the proprerty to the fullest, we ask that all guests read the following rules and guidelines before making a reservation.

About Reservations

Reservations can be made at at any time via the official reservation website linked below.
Rooms are generally released for reservation 90 days before the date of stay. Golden Week and summer vacation are crowded, so please make your reservations as early as possible.
New Year holidays are decided on a year to year basis, so please check the reservation website or our SNS channels for the most up to date information.

Cancellation policy	Guests may cancel their reservations free of charge until the 8th day prior to the planned reservation date. After that, cancellation fees will be charged as follows: ・ 7-4 days prior to the reservation date: 50% ・ 3 days prior to the reservation date: 80% ・ 2 days prior to the reservation date: 100% ・ On the day of the reservation date: 100% ※For reservations with totals that are calculated on a per person basis, partial cancellation is free of charge until 4 days before the reservation date. Starting 3 days before the reservation date, if partial cancellations will be charged per person at the same rate as above. 【Regarding Cancellation Requests Due to Rain】 We apologize for the inconvenience, but in the event a guest wishes to cancel after the free cancellation period due to rain, the normal cancellation policy will apply. However, in the case the property decides to close for safety reasons.due to typhoon, natural disaster, or any other events that the property deems dangerous, guests will be contacted about cancellation by 17:00 the day before their reservation. In the case of cancellation by the facility, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For guests visiting from outside of Japan	Please note the following before your visit. ・You may be asked to submit identification for confirmation/copy in the form of your passport or residence card upon check-in, as required by Japanese hotel regulations. ・Onsite payment is only accepted in Japanese yen, and no other currency will be accepted under any circumstances. ・There may not be English-speaking staff on the property at all times – we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Terms and Conditions

Notes Before Your Visit

（1）	We do not accept walk-in guests. Please make a reservation via our website before visiting the property.
（2）	For those who wish to enjoy swimming in the river on the property, please ensure you have a reservation.
（3）	Aside from campsite guests, guests are prohibited from bringing firestarters　and fire related items (wood, charcoal, gas, etc.) onto the property.
（4）	Aside from campsite guests, guests are prohibited from bringing large cooking tools (hot plates, pots, grills, etc.) onto the property.
（5）	For Day Use BBQ guests who will be consuming alcoholic beverages, we ask that you ensure that a designated driver is decided upon in advance, or that other arrangements for transportation are made.
（6）	Guests may cancel their reservations free of charge up until 5pm on the 8th day prior to the planned reservation date. Access

Approximately 20 minutes on foot from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, and conveniently accessed by a ~1,000JPY taxi ride.
A Wilderness Resort located in the mountains that will make you feel like you've entered a different world.

For those travelling by train: Get off at Musashi-Itsukaichi Station on the JR Itsukaichi Line and walk for ~20 minutes or take a taxi
For those travelling by car: Exit the Ken-o Expressway at the Akiruno Interchange and drive for another ~20 minutes
